Rocky is looking for an individual to fill an opening at our Niwot campus. This position requires excellent customer service skills, problem solving and a good eye for details. Highly motivated, reliable, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep the facility free of distractions for those entering. Working alongside a great team environment.

Essential Duties:

Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure
Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispensers
Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets
Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, lights, ceiling, etc.
Spot clean walls, partitions, and doors
Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed
Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Launder cleaning rags and dust mops
Other related duties as assigned
Available to work Monday-Thursday and occasional schedule variations due to events days/times outside of this for special events. Work week - Sunday-Saturday, schedule varies/rotates due to events at facility

Physical Demands of Job:

Sit/stand for long periods of time
Occasionally kneel, crouch, or climb ladders
Frequent lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

Background free of criminal charges or allegations of inappropriate behavior (i.e. battery/crime against children, theft)
Basic understanding of/or experience with custodial work
Flexible, resilient, tenacious and able to multitask
Hardwired with “do whatever it takes” and leadership by example mindset
Conscientious in work, communications and relationships
Mature and responsible and can work alone or on teams

Rocky Statement of Faith
